Playful exaggeration is when you take a boring phrase and slightly exaggerate it to make it more playful. The words are more exciting and inviting.

Here’s an example. Yac’s website shows what they are building. But they say it in a fun and inviting way.

2. Use Your Customer’s Words

Another SaaS copywriting tip is to talk like a customer.

When you talk to customers like a customer, it feels like a friend talking to a friend. The customer feels like you understand them.
