How to Create a Killer Copywriting Strategy for Your Startup Business
Now that was a good story.
I was 15 when I woke up to blood on my fingers.
My heart dropped.
A paramedic was wrapping my two fingers together to stop the bleeding. The paramedics told me not to move my neck because of the injuries I sustained.
“Was I going to make it? “ raced through my mind. “You’ll be fine,” said the paramedic in a calm cool tone like this wasn’t the worst he’s ever seen. But it was the absolute worst I had ever seen!
My bloody fingers and a 6-inch bandage near the artery on my neck had me internally screaming… “THIS WAS NOT FINE.”
I was three blocks away from my house when it happened. The accident almost killed me.
I loved cycling. I loved early morning rides with the cool wind in my face. But the morning of August 15th was different. A van made a right-hand turn and didn’t notice me or my bike riding across the street. My head smashed the windshield. And I landed on the street unconscious.
I don’t remember a bit of it, but someone told me it happened this way.
A few months later I was back on my bike. I was scared. I was terrified something might happen again.
