LinkedIn is a goldmine for inbound and outbound leads.

It just depends on how you use the platform. You can’t be lazy in your posting or your strategy.

My approach in the last few months has helped me book weekly meetings and work with new clients.

Here’s my LinkedIn playbook that helps me attract leads every month.

Reaching Out to Founders

The only thing I pay for on LinkedIn is Sales Navigator at $99/month. And it’s the best tool for reaching founders on LinkedIn.

With Sales Navigator, I can connect with SaaS founders. I can filter it so I only see SaaS brands with less than 50 employees in a certain industry of SaaS.

The next step is sending the founder of a company a message so I can connect with them. I usually say something like this,

“Hey [FirstName], I love connecting with SaaS folks. I’d love to learn what you’re working on at [CompanyName].

That’s it. No overthinking. It’s a short message that specifically mentions their company name. Most LinkedIn messages say something generic about their industry.
