What I Discovered When I Scheduled My Social Media Content
What I’m learning about scheduling my social media posts.
Figuring out what to post on social media can be stressful.
I used to stress over what to post on LinkedIn and Twitter. I’d stress over what to write about on Medium. Partly because I was trying to figure it out the day I posted something.
My content creation was built on sporadic inspiration. A recipe for disaster.
Instead of sporadic posts, I decided to lean into scheduling my posts. This would require more planning. I’d have to research and prepare.
This is what I found out.
Hyperfury and Taplio are my scheduling tools
I use Hypefury for Twitter and Taplio for LinkedIn.
Not only can you schedule, but they also provide inspiration from other content creators. You can study other viral posts to help you gather ideas. You can study frameworks to help you create a well-structured idea.
When I started using these tools, I found that the number of ideas I had actually improved. I became unstuck. I always had ideas.
I also found consistency. With these tools, I could schedule posts at a certain time…
