What Is Poor Writer Rich Writer?
A publication exploring the strategies around freelancing, content writing, and copywriting.
Last year I started a publication on Medium called The Freelance Guidebook.
My goal for this publication was to write about everything I know about freelancing. In addition, creating a publication made me more accountable to do the research in my work, to create a following, and write more.
I created Poor Writer Rich Writer with a similar purpose. Poor Writer Rich Writer is ultimately designed to help others make the leap from poor writer to rich writer.
I believe there are a lot of people who want to be writers, which is why there are so many articles on Medium on how to make a living as a writer.
There are poor writers who are poor because they lack experience or there’s something holding them back. Then there are rich writers who talk about their success. They talk about making $10,000 a month and the publications and courses they’ve created.
That’s when I saw an opportunity.
I saw an opportunity to share stories about the poor and the rich writers of the world. Sharing stories is how we learn from each other.
