Some weeks are chaotic.

Cold emails. Copywriting projects. Writing articles. Things just pile up one after another.

I can often get buried in work and feel overwhelmed. In those moments, I have to bring myself back to earth. I have to remind myself that I don’t need quantity. I need quality.

Sometimes, I just need 5 good minutes of action. I don’t need to spend 2 hours on an article. I don’t need to spend 3 hours cold emailing.

5 good minutes make a difference.

Imagine What 5 Minutes Could Do for You

The world always tells us that we need to catch up.

We need to catch up with the news. We need to see what’s happening on social media. We need to post on our favorite channels. We need to create a long-form article.

All of that catching up can spiral us out of control. We don’t feel in control. We stop loving our work because we’re trying so hard to keep up with everything. And it’s exhausting.

When I feel like I’m spiraling, I try to think about what 5 good minutes can do for me. Not 30 minutes. Not 15 minutes. Just 5 minutes.
