Why Writers Should Pursue Passive Income
Work and wait for the reward of writing.
Writers suffer from a lot of problems:
Procrastination. Writer’s block. Poor grammar. Boredom. Too many ideas. Too few ideas.
Most of these problems are fixed with practice, but arguably the most difficult to overcome is juggling your time.
As a writer, you have to quantify how much time to spend writing blog articles, finding clients, working on your portfolio, working on your novel, etc.
Strategizing your time is hard to figure out because you don’t know what’s going to pay off the most.
What do you need to work on to give you the most reward? Your book? Finding clients? Writing 5 cent word articles?
I struggle with dividing my time, figuring out what will benefit me the most. Time is undefeated. So they say, whoever they are.
I never have enough time to write on this platform or even a blurb of a blog post. I haven’t been able to provide any sort of content to my dedicated followers. At least not consistently.
Time is the enemy of my writing — the excuse I tell myself. But enough excuses.
Time to take control of my writing.
